These first 2 pictures are taken on top of the highest point of Cambridge (which, to be honest, is more of a hump). Cambridge is all nice and flat and low. A typical pretty English land I tink.
Bet this can sell as a postcard. Me and my wonderful photography skills. Ah, what can I say. |
This is at the more duckish place of the punting pace. I dun tink ppl actually punt on those little boats. Should be the bigger ones on top. Punting is boating with a long bamboo stick with a fork at the end like one of those market ones where u use to take the clothes hanging high up? Den u push yourself against the river floor to move. And for some reason non-professional punters are given and additional little oar which can get u forward perhaps 4 to 5 centimetres per swipe. The river floor is supposed to be really low so u can push yourself along with a stick.
